Cadet LC Controls

The CADET LC line of control panels is a combination of features previously found in the CADET and CHALLENGER series. By combining the two series we have developed a first class, low cost line of control panels ideally suited to standard duty applications.

  • Fiberglass reinforced gray polyester (fg) or painted steel (st) enclosure
  • Available in types 1, 3r, 4, 4x, and 12 enclosures
  • Dead front outer door standard
  • Pad lockable door latches (fg & type 4 st)
  • Thermal magnetic motor circuit breakers or fused disconnects
  • Disconnects pad lockable in off position (optional)
  • Circuit breaker has three position operating handle (on, off, trip)
  • Adjustable thermal trips (set to motor full load current)
  • Ambient compensated overload protection
  • Fused primary and secondary for optional transformer. includes transformer switching relay
  • Phase failure sensitive
  • Three position hand-off-auto or test-off-auto selector switches
  • Pump run pilot lights
  • Full size high water dome light
  • Electrical alternator with lead selector switch (optional)
  • Seal leak pilot lights (optional)
  • UL label upon request (serialized ul-508)
  • Intrinsically safe (optional)
    • Integrated microprocessor intrinsically safe duplex controller with alternator.
    • Broken wire/bad float detection circuits.
    • Test / clear push-button.

These panels are available in Type 1 to Type 4X enclosures. Built to UL 508 standards the CADET LC has an expanded horsepower range up to 20HP at 460v with the addition of fused disconnects and circuit breakers as options. These controls lend themselves ideally to competitive municipal and commercial applications.
